  2. upgrade v4.2b     4/11/94
  3.  1) A reported GPF error when moving menu items out of sequence
  4. was  fixed.

  7.  1) Fix a reported minor problem when changing ICONs to a
  8.  the menu item.  
  9.  2) Checks user's effective rights to the dir
  10.  where Winmenu resides at load time. If user has write access,
  11.  he or she is a Winmenu administrator.

  14.  1) Fix a minor problem passing parameters when executing a program

  17.  1) Routine now also checks effective rights to the INI file names and 
  18.  directories to determine whether the user can change a menu or not.

  31.  2) Admin.exe was fixed to not disable the Config menu when
  32.  winmenu.ini was not found.

  34.  for Netware 4.x installation.
